2022 World Internet Congress Wuzhen Summit opened on Nov. 9 at Wuzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center in Zhejiang Province, China. The theme of the Summit is “Building a Cyber World, creating a Digital Future – Building a Cyber Space Community Together”.

The World Internet Conference is a large-scale conference co-hosted by the State Internet Information Office of China and the People’s Government of Zhejiang Province. The conference is held in Wuzhen every year. On July 12, 2022, the World Internet Conference International Organization was established, headquartered in Beijing, China. The Wuzhen Summit is the first conference after the establishment of the World Internet Conference International Organization, which has attracted much attention. According to China Daily, nearly 2,000 representatives from more than 120 countries and regions will display new technologies and products in the fields of artificial intelligence, metaverse, big data, and cyber security online and offline at the summit.
