Award winners are announced at Nvidia's GTC Conference. As of March 2018, there were 2,800 startups in the Inception Program. As of August 2021, NVIDIA Inception has surpassed 8,500 members in 90 countries, with cumulative funding of $60 billion (USD).
In terms of industries, health care, information technology services (IT), intelligent video analytics (IVA), media and entertainment (M&E), and robotics are the top five in Nvidia Inception. AI startups in health care account for 16% of Inception members, followed by those in IT services at 15%. AI startups in IVA make up 8%
